Payment Terms
There are two methods for payment of the unit:
1- Financed with a mortgage:
- $20,000 deposit upon reservation. (The selected unit is actually reserved only upon receipt of the deposit; unit reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis.)
- Scotiabank & Banco Costa Rica, will be financing the LAtorre project. (70%) for non residences, 85% for residences may be financing with a 20-year term.
- The monthly payments of the mortgage begin upon delivery of the real estate unit.
2- Cash payment.
- 20% at ground breaking (less the $20.000 first deposit).
- 20% at 9th floor structure finishes.
- 20% at all internal walls.
- 25% at total finishes.
- 15% at delivery.
