• A minimum purchase of $150,000 is required to receive the $1,000 fly and buy package.
• For purchases between $85,000.00 and $150,000 the maximum refund is of $500.
• Purchases under $84,999.99 do not apply for our Fly & Buy Program.
• If airline tickets do not exceed the allotted allowance, accommodations will also be credited up to the allotted allowance.
• Roundtrip airline tickets and /or hotel stay will only be refunded in full on closing day.
• All refunds will be given to the buyer on closing day by a certified or cashiers check.
• All Airline and /or hotel refunds will not exceed the allotted allowance as stated above.
• Original Airline and /or hotel receipts will be required in order to process refund. No exceptions!!
